When an individual buys or sells a gun which must then be shipped, it can ONLY be shipped between Federal Firearms License (FFL) Holders.

To use this service, you must

• Be a Texas Resident with a valid Texas ID with current address.

• Must be of legal age for the firearm (18 for long guns, 21 for pistols, revolvers or pistol grip long guns)

• Must not be prohibited from legally owning a firearm (felon, restraining order, etc.)

• All firearms transfers must be between FFL Licensed dealers

How it Works

• Complete a Firearm Transfer Request Form and pay our handling fee of $25.00. We then forward a signed copy of our FFL to the dealer. The dealer then ships the gun with a signed copy of their FFL.

• We will contact you to come in to pick up your firearm during regular business hours. No appointment needed. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for completing the ATF Form 4473 and upon NICS approval, you may then take possession of the gun.

• If found ineligible to receive the firearm, YOU are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• If you wish to ship a firearm, we will need a signed FFL license from the receiving dealer.
